DocLex analyses your documentation against the GDPR and the EU AI Act and produces a data protection impact assessment (DPIA) or a fundamental rights impact assessment (FRIA).
The analysis currently draws on Danish legal sources and the guidance published by the Danish Data Protection Agency. Reports are written in Danish.
The GDPR and the AI Act apply identically across the EU. National supplementary legislation and each supervisory authority's guidance practice do not. A report that cited only the regulations would be incomplete for an organisation outside Denmark — which is why we are not offering one yet, rather than translating the Danish version.
